Aaron Therapy,
Our Approach.

We work from a shared belief that therapy should be steady, thoughtful and relational. While we each bring our own experience and training, we are united in our commitment to depth, integrity and carefully paced work.

We pay close attention to attachment patterns, early experiences and the ways the nervous system carries stress and trauma. Rather than offering quick solutions, we support people in understanding their patterns more deeply so that change feels lasting rather than surface-level.

Therapy with us is collaborative and shaped around the individual or couple in front of us. We aim to create a space that feels contained, respectful and emotionally safe — where difficult conversations can be explored with care.

Who We Work With

We work with individuals and couples who feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve them, whether in relationships, within themselves, or in the way they respond to stress and conflict.

Many of the people we see are navigating anxiety, trauma, loss, attachment difficulties, or relationship strain.

Some are living with ADHD or other forms of neurodivergence and want support understanding how this shapes their emotions, identity and intimate relationships.

Our work is for those who are ready to look beneath the surface, not just to manage symptoms, but to understand the deeper patterns that drive them.
